INITIAL CONSULTATION

  • NetworkSpinal as a spinal-based healthcare system can be very exciting. Seeing the care and reading about it very often intrigues people to try this for themselves.

    For those who would like to sample the care, but are unsure how they feel about ongoing visits or plans, the best course of action is to experience the Initial Consultation process.

    Over a period of 2-3 weeks you will receive a total of 4x care visits, made up of 3x entrainments and 1x SRI.

    This process will introduce NetworkSpinal in an easy to digest way, where you can enjoy the process of the assessment, spoken consultation with your chiropractor and see the results we find in a detailed and well paced manner.

  • The Initial Consultation comprises the Initial Assessment, Initial Report and Day 3 Entrainment & SRI, and will take place over a 2-3 week period.

    The purpose of this process is simple: to be thorough and unhurried.

    This allows enough time for open dialogue with meaningful questions, performing unique and detailed assessments, allowing adequate time for external imaging reports, and providing you with individual and specific findings, all through the NetworkSpinal lens.

  • All three visits of the Initial Consultation will include care on the day, for a total of four care sessions.

    The first two entrainments (Days 1 & 2) are vital components of the assessment and provide valuable feedback to the chiropractor to guide recommendations.

    At the Day 3 Entrainment & SRI, your first standalone entrainment will be delivered in the group setting, followed by your first 1-on-1 SRI session.

  • Regular price: $660*.

    *$80 off for local residents within walking distance.
    Limited offer: $160 off for the first 26 local applicants.

    The fee above covers all three visits of the Initial Consultation process and is required in full to complete booking. If you are unable to attend any visits, we will return any remaining fee to you.

    Initial Assessment: Evaluation + Chiropractic Care: CODE 1002. $260.

    Initial Report: Long Consultation: CODE 1006 + Radiological Interpretation: CODE 1201 + Chiropractic Care: CODE 1502. $260.

    Day 3 Entrainment & SRI: Chiropractic Care (Entrainment): CODE 1502 + Chiropractic Care (SRI): CODE 1502. $140.

    Any referral for x-rays is at no further cost to you.

  • Your first visit (80 min) will begin with an in-person questionnaire before progressing to a detailed and reflective discussion with the chiropractor on specific aspects of your history, including physical, emotional and chemical stressors.

    The story of your life is written on the pages of your spine.

    A specific physical and neurological assessment will also be performed to determine your level of nervous system overwhelm or adaptability.

    In detail, your chiropractor will be assessing your spinal and neural integrity, how this reflects on the structure & function of your overall system, and affects the way you live and experience your life.

    If required, a referral for x-rays will be requested.

    Your first entrainment session will take place at the end of this visit, which will demonstrate how responsive and flexible your nervous system is in that moment.
    All results will be compiled by the chiropractor and discussed at your Initial Report, which is to be booked at the front desk.

    You may begin to notice change from now, as reorganisation has already begun.

    Testing: Included in your Initial Assessment will be your first blood and pH test, both within a take home kit to be completed before your Initial Report.

  • Your Initial Report visit (60 min) will begin with your second entrainment session.
    Your chiropractor will be able to see how your body has responded to your first entrainment and add this to your overall report and recommendation of care.
    After your entrainment, your chiropractor will now report on and discuss all of the findings from your physical & neurological assessments, as well as any imaging conducted (x-rays).

    The healing process in NetworkSpinal will also be explained, which is often a new and illuminating experience for clients.

    To conclude your Day 2 consultation your chiropractor will provide a recommended schedule of care.
    Agreements and expectations will be outlined before moving forward, with a range of care options made available to you, and a guide for best outcomes.
    Take time to choose which care option is right for you, and inform us at your next visit.

    Day 3 of your Initial Consultation process will be booked by our staff before you leave.

  • At your third visit with us (60 min) we will confirm how you'd like to proceed with care (On-Plan or Off-Plan).
    Our staff will then show you how to book and modify appointments via our online Client Portal, as well as access any invoices.

    For those choosing On-Plan we will provide your login and give you a tour of The Seeker's Portal.

    Our staff will then explain the flow of the practice, and you will experience your first group entrainment, followed by your first 1-on-1 SRI session.

    Duration of visits will always vary depending on what your nervous system needs on the day and how responsive it is. We allow 20 mins for each care session.

    During regular entrainment and SRI times, the focused attention and presence of the chiropractor is on facilitation.
    Please direct any lengthy discussion or questions towards our front desk staff, or save them for your Progress Review appointments, where we provide ample time for sharing and discussion.

  • Once you complete the "contact me" form under Book Now, we will reach out by phone and organise a time for your Initial Consultation.

    At the end of your Initial Assessment (Day 1) our staff will book your Initial Report (Day 2) at the front desk.

    At the end of your Initial Report (Day 2) our staff will book your Day 3 Entrainment & SRI at the front desk.

OTHER INFORMATION

  • We do not accept WorkCover or NDIS clients at this time, unless self managed and paying out of pocket.

    For DVA and Medicare (EPC) clients, please contact us before making a booking.

  • After your Initial Consultation process, the way you pay for visits will depend on how you choose to engage with the care. There are two options:

    1) On-Plan:

    • This is our plan as it was designed, delivered quarter by quarter, with all the testing, assessing, consultations, resources, coursework and products, in a simple yet comprehensive program.

    • On-Plan appointments are substantially reduced in cost.
      — Entrainments, SRI, Progress Reviews and Comparative Consultations reduced to $70 each.

    • All On-Plan products & testing are at no cost.
      — Over $440 in savings per quarter.

    • Available in simple per-quarter bundles*.
      — From $1750 for 25 visits, up to $3010 for 43 visits.**.
      * Each quarter is pre-paid in full by cash or bank transfer.
      ** Each quarter of care can be at a different frequency.

    2) Off-Plan:

    • Appointments are limited to Entrainments, SRI and Progress Reviews. Off-Plan does not include products, resources, or in depth consultations & analysis.

    • Off-Plan clients can choose their own frequency of appointments, however, clients choosing Off-Plan will require at least one full cost Progress Review every 13 weeks, at $240.

    • Entrainments and SRI are pay-per-booking at full cost ($90), when booking online.

    Note: All payments are taken prior to each appointment, with either of the above options.

    Card Payments: We do not carry any card processing facilities in the practice. All card payments must be processed online at the time of booking.

    Cash: We accept cash for On-Plan pre-payments, but do not hold cash at the premises.

  • Our On-Plan services are sought after and often have a wait list for access.

    Because we only have a select number of On-Plan spaces available at our practice, On-Plan clients must adhere closely to their chosen frequency.

    If you are not booking appointments at your chosen frequency we will halt your schedule of care and discuss alternatives with you.

    This is so we can maximise the number of available On-Plan spaces at any time.

  • Clients are able to leave our care at any time, and any remaining funds will be credited back via bank transfer. Simple and easy.

    Note:

    • We do not offer refunds on any service that have already taken place.

    • Products and Learning Resources are non-refundable.

    • For clients On-Plan, items such as books or red-lens sleep aids are included at zero cost and are therefore non-refundable.

  • We are all accountable to the process of care. Seeking More is accountable to improving nervous system coherence and empowering you, and you are accountable to your commitment and engagement with the care.

    We do not have a cancellation fee. We will not hassle you to make bookings. It will be your responsibility. We always empower our clients to make informed conscious choices about engaging in care with us. This invites collaboration and accountability.

    We provide text reminders and a full set of online tools for you to self-manage your appointments. Therefore, we ask that you attend the appointments you schedule with us.

    If you do not arrive for a booked appointment, the full fee will be incurred.

  • Please do not use appointment reminder text messages as a form of communication.

    Our communications platform used for appointment reminders uses a pool of numbers to send these reminders from.

    They can be different for each client, and do not always link back to our practice when you reply to them.

    To avoid confusion, please contact us on our main mobile number, provided on your first appointment with us.
